PRICES INCLUDE: electricity, air conditioning (except for caravan), gas consumption and initial cleaning.
Children up to 3 years free ( in room with two adults)
FINAL CLEANING is up to the guest. If required, the guest has to pay € 40,00. Arrival after 16.00 and departure before 10.00; free arrival in low season.
Bookings: within 2 weeks from confirmation of booking we must receive the deposit (art. 1385 Italian Civil Code) of 35% of the total amount. If we do not receive the deposit within the above deadline, the reservation is automatically canceled without further notice.
CANCELLATIONS: for season 2022 the deposit will not be refundable in any case; for cancellations within 15 days or less the full amount will be deduct.
TOURIST TAX EXCLUDED
The deposit is not returned under any circumstances.
The management manages the assignment of the number of the bungalow based on the number of occupants and the organization of reservations, in the event of a request for a specific number (so that it can be assigned) a supplement of € 100.00 will be requested.
