PRICES INCLUDE: electricity, air conditioning (except for caravan), gas consumption and initial cleaning.
FINAL CLEANING is up to the guest. If required, the guest has to pay € 35,00. Duration of the stay in Season C: from Saturday to Saturday, with arrival after 16.00 and departure before 10.00; free arrival in low season.
Bookings: within 2 weeks from confirmation of booking we must receive the deposit (art. 1385 Italian Civil Code) of 35% of the total amount. If we do not receive the deposit within the above deadline, the reservation is automatically canceled without further notice.
CANCELLATIONS: for cancellations within two months the Administration will deduct 30€ for administrative expenses; for cancellations within 15 days or less the full amount will be deduct.
Free club card includes: free wi-fi, entertainment, funball, five-a-side football, recreation ground for children, ping-pong, table football, beach volley.
