The village price list includes an additional utility contribution of € 50.00. Linen not included. Check-in after 4:00 PM and no later than 8:00 PM, Check-out by 9:00 AM.
A security deposit of 35% of the total amount is required to confirm the booking. For the 2026 season, the deposit will not be refunded under any circumstances. If the cancellation is received 15 days before arrival, full payment of the stay will be required.
Reception is open from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
Parking will be assigned in the designated parking area.
A security deposit of €50.00 in cash will be required during check-in. This will be refunded upon check-out, subject to any adjustments for breakages and/or extraordinary cleaning.
Management assigns bungalow numbers based on the number of occupants and booking organisation. Preferences cannot be guaranteed under any circumstances. Management accepts no responsibility for the assignment of accommodation units.
The village price list applies to all guests over 3 years of age. Children under three years of age stay free of charge.
All prices are net of any tourist taxes.
The deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances.
