General Terms and Conditions
General Rules of Villaggio Camping Calypso
1. Upon arrival, guests are kindly requested to present a valid identity document for legal registration purposes. These regulations are handed out upon arrival and are displayed at reception. Entering the village constitutes full acceptance of these rules.
2. At all times, behaviors, activities, games and the use of equipment that may disturb other guests are strictly prohibited. Silence is required from 2:30 PM to 4:00 PM and from 12:00 AM to 8:00 AM. During quiet hours, radios, televisions and musical instruments must not be used, and cars, motorcycles or bicycles must not be driven. Cycling is not permitted anywhere within the campsite at any time.
3. Entry to the village is permitted from 8:00 AM to 12:30 PM and from 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM. Speed must be strictly kept to walking pace.
4. Toilet facilities must be left, after use, in the condition in which you would wish to find them.
5. Regarding fire safety, it is recommended to frequently check the cooking area and to protect stoves placed near the tent. Always turn off the gas when not in use and ensure the hose is in excellent condition. On windy days, never leave stoves unattended. For proper refrigerator operation, set the thermostat between positions 2 and 3.
6. Waste must be disposed of in the appropriate bins, placing bags inside and not outside them.
7. Dogs are welcome in the village and must be kept on a leash. Please keep them off the beach after 9:00 AM for hygiene reasons and always pick up after them. Dogs must relieve themselves outside the campsite. A dog wash station is available in the camper service area. Owners are responsible for any damage caused by their animals.
8. Payment for the campsite must be made the day before departure; for the village, payment is required on the day of arrival. The reception desk for payments is open from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM and from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM.
9. For connection to the electrical hook-up (3 Amp.), use a flame-retardant cable of no less than 0.3 × 1.5 and ensure the system complies with CEE standards. For higher amperage requirements, please contact Management.
10. Arrivals and Departures:
For the campsite, check-in is available from 9:00 AM. The pitch must be vacated and left clean by 12:00 PM; after this time, an additional day will be charged.
For the village, check-in is from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Check-out must take place by 9:00 AM on the day of departure.
11. Car parks are monitored and supervised.
12. Adults are responsible for the behavior of their children, which must not disturb the peace, safety or hygiene of other guests. Children must always be accompanied to the facilities and to the beach. Cycling is prohibited during quiet hours.
13. Visitors must present an identity document at reception to obtain authorization. Visits may not exceed one hour, after which the daily rate will be charged. Visitors may not remain on site after 11:00 PM.
14. Participation in organized activities and use of sports equipment is at one’s own risk.
15. Management accepts no liability for theft, accidents or damage caused by force majeure. Guests are advised not to leave valuables unattended.
16. Lost and found items must be handed in to Management.
17. The following are strictly prohibited:
- Access by unaccompanied minors;
- Digging holes in the ground;
- Damaging vegetation;
- Pouring liquids or waste onto the ground.
VERY IMPORTANT:
Guests are urged to comply fully with these regulations. Particular attention is drawn to the following points, non-compliance with which will result in immediate expulsion:

Campsite Rules
- Payment due the day before departure.
- Departure by 12:00 PM.
- Electrical connection must comply with CEE standards.
- Confirmatory deposit of 35% of the total amount (art. 1385 c.c.).
- In case of cancellation: €30 administrative fee if notified more than 2 months in advance; within 15 days, the full amount is due.
Village Rules
- Payment on arrival.
- Stays from Saturday to Saturday (high season).
- Check-in: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM / Check-out: by 9:00 AM.
- Minimum stay of 3 nights in low season.
- Confirmatory deposit: 35%.
- Same cancellation conditions as the campsite.
- Rates may change from 1st April.
