General Regulaton of the Village Camping Calypso

1. On arrival, our kind guests are requested to leave an identity document that has to be valid for each registration. Check please, if your registration is correct and promptly notify any mistake or variation in personal data. These rules are delivered on your arrival, however you can ask them at the reception. Entrance to the campsite implies acceptance of and full compliance with these rules.

2. At any time, are not allowed: behaviors, activities, games and use of equipments that could give trouble to the other guests of our village. No noise must be made from 14.30 p.m. to 16.00 p.m. and from 24.00 p.m. to 08.00 a.m. During these times any irritating noise is forbidden including the use of radios, televisions, or similar equipment, noisy meetings and the use of motor vehicles. It isn’t allowed to ride bycicles.

3. Entry is allowed from 08.00 a.m. to 12.30 a.m. and from 16.00 p.m. to 23.00 p.m. Speed must be moderate.

4. Sanitations, sinks and showers should be used and left in the conditions you would like to find.

5. As far as fire is concerned, we recommend you to check kitchen and protect stoves close your tents. When not cooking, remember to turn off gas and check frequently if the gas pipe is in excellent condition. Especially in windy days, we recommend not to leave stoves unattended. For a perfect working of fridges, put the thermostat between number 2 and 3.

6. Rubbish must be taken in areas subject to garbage collection, please put the bag in the bins and not outside.

7. Dogs has to be on a leash. We also reccomend to avoid bringing them on the beach after 9 am for sanitary reasons. Another reccomendation: dogs’ owners have to remove their animal’s droppings. The camping has a place where it is possible to wash dogs. Dogs have to be taen outside the camping for their physiological needs. Owners are responsible for the eventual damages caused by their dogs.

8. Absences that are shorter than a day have also to be paid.

9. We advise guests to settle accounts a day before the departure, from 10 am to 12 am and from 4 pm to 7 pm.

10. To connect something to the elctrical column use a filameproof cable not inferior to 0,3 x 1,5 cm in diameter. The whole equipment has to be accorded to the “C.E.E.” law.

11. Departures. The campsite has to be left free and clean within 12 am, after this time another day will be charged.

12. Car parkings are controlled and supervised.

13. Adults are responsible for their children’s behaviour, whose vivacity and education has to respect other people’s safety, peace and health. Children always should be brought by an adult to the toilet and to the beach. Moreover, the use of bicycles has to be forbidden during the hours of silence. During the other hours, an appropriate and not reckless use of the bicycle is reccomended. The direction will in any case answer to accidents, damages, and caused or suffered troubles.

14. Visits are allowed with a duration inferior to an hour. After 60 minutes the “daily visitor” tariff will be applied. The village’s clients are requested to check if their guests have got the direction’s authorization and is responsible of their behaviour in the village.

15. Taking part both actively and passively in the village’s activities ( tournaments, shows, excursions…) is a participant’s responsibility. The participants should have a sound constitution and the use of sporting and amusement equipment is at the guest’s own risk.

16. The direction avoids any responsibility for robberies, accidents and damages to persons or objects, so as it does not answer to damages caused by storms, hailstorms, fallen branches, illnesses, epidemic diseases, blazes ecc. The direction will answer to damages caused by our own objective responsibilities. We advise to pay attention to personal objects and to take the necessary precautions.

17. Objects founded inside the village and on the beach have to be taken to the direction.

18. Prohibitions: the access of minors is forbidden if they are not accompanied by an adult legally responsible for them; digging and damaging the greenery is forbidden, as well as spilling oils, fuel, rubbish, hot or salty liquids on the ground.

Very important:
Guests are asked to respect all rules of ” Village Camping Calypso”. Please pay attention at the points below.
The Management may send away from the campsite who don’t respect these rules.

Camping Rules

– Payments will be made on the day before departure. Guests are kindly requested to check and comply with the Reception opening hours: from 10.00 a.m. to 12.00 a.m. and from 16.00 p.m. to 19.00 p.m.

– Campers are obliged to keep their pitch tidy for sanitary reasons. The day of departure pitches must be vacated by 12.00 a.m. otherwise one extra night will be added.

– Electrical system: It is compulsory a watertight wire that has to be not less than 0,3 x 1,5 in diameter, and must be in compliance with EEC rules; – 3 amp electric hook-up points are provided. Whoever wants higher amperage, needs to ask the reception, that will fix a new price.

– For Bookings: we need a deposit of about 35 % of full price (reference article 1385 c.c.) Upon receipt of your deposit, we will sent a voucher which must be shown on your arrival at the reception. The booking is confirmed only if we received the deposit. All stay that has previously been booked must fully be paid even in the event of renunciation (Article 7 of Règlement International de l’Hôtellerie).

– In case of refuses: In any case the Management will withhold € 30.00 for administrative costs, if the renounce will arrive 2 months before the day of stay. If the renounce will arrive 15 days before, the entire amount of stay must be paid.

Village Rules

– Payments will be made on your arrival. The Reception opening hours are from 10.00 a.m. to 12.00 a.m. and from 16.00 p.m. to 19.00 p.m.

– The renting period may vary according to the season. The minimum stay is 3 nights. Rents are calculated on a weekly basis, that is from Saturday to Saturday. Lodgings can be occupied after 17.00 p.m. on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10.00 a.m. on the day of departure, otherwise one extra night will be added.
